Fun @ Dreamworld

Yesterday we had a great trip to Dreamworld. I think between us all we clocked up over 100 riders. The kids all amazed me with their courage on the scarey rides. Poppy went on the rollarcoaster and scarey Wipeout ( which I joined her on as I thought it would be better to sit next to her than watch from a distance - but kept my eyes tight shut the whole time) while Millie and Tobias took in their stride every fast, spinning and wet ride their size allowed them to ride!!!

We will miss lots of people when we leave Taupo. Millie will miss her very special friend Rueben. Thought this was a great photo which I stole off Rueben's family blog.

Carl decided to take the kids up to the mountain for their last fun in the snow for what will probably be some time. Was a freezing cold day but they still had heaps of fun!!! They even managed to bring back a ute load to share with our friends Dylan and Cassie who live next door!!

Off to the Solomon Islands

Well its 2 days til we sign off from Taupo and head to Honiara for a family adventure. We are all looking forward to escaping the Taupo winter for some tropical sunshine!!! Hopefully this blog will give us an opportunity to record our journey over the next 15 months and to keep you in contact with our antics and experiences !!
