In Iron Bottom Sound, right near the middle of town a local business man is keeping dolphins he has captured ready for sale on the international market. Today Tobias and Carl kayaked by to check them out. It is literally right in front of my work and my office is immediately to the left of the photo of Tobias next to the visible building.
They currently have 25 dolphins in a netted off area (and 2 crocodiles in a cage on shore)........ and if you don't think about the fact that these are wild dolphins now in captivity they provide a great show of jumping and prancing around. Both boys were delighted with the show.
